I’m Aimee!


 

For as long as I can remember, I've loved to coach others on how to feel powerful - in career, sport and in life. I played volleyball at the University of Iowa and will always consider myself a lifelong athlete - and a Hawkeye. After a successful competitive career and several life-changing injuries which led me to holistic training methods like yoga, functional movement, and mindfulness, I decided to devote my life to helping other high performers reach the top of their game.


Now I coach executive leaders, career-driven individuals and competitive athletes on how to regain strength, recondition the mind and reclaim innate power so that you can realize your dreams, achieve aggressive performance goals and live your healthiest, most joyful life.

I’ve always been a high performer myself. As an accomplished division 1 collegiate volleyball player with over 20 years of competitive and coaching success, I’ve mastered many of the things that are likely holding you back from performing at a higher level:

PERSONAL NOTE...

I move my body intentionally every day - it’s part of who I am - and I practice yoga, meditate and drink french press coffee every morning. Usually the coffee comes first.

I believe in the art of balance and living well. That means eating clean and having high standards of physical fitness and mental stamina while allowing myself simple, small pleasures like a glass of red wine with dark chocolate. It means working hard and doing what I love professionally and making time to enjoy life and practice the art of doing nothing.

I am an outdoor enthusiast, hiker, and wannabe botanist; lover of fantasy books, Lord of the Rings, and horses; avid scrabble player and kind human being. I love to travel and my wanderlust has taken me to incredible places. A few of my favorites: the coffee region of Colombia, Iceland, and anywhere in the mountains surrounded by Momma Earth.
