To me yoga therapy is all of the above (talk therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy) wrapped up in one. I have done all three of the above and I can tell you that yoga therapy is the best for me. After working with Aimee, I now have the tools to assist me in dealing with chronic pain and anxiety related to the illness as well as just the daily grind of life as we know it. I also am able to keep flexible with the yoga practices that are tailored to my needs. I am able to use breathing and mental exercises to help me through procedures and bouts of the illness. It has been a most helpful journey that still continues.
