The mindful eating group is a 4-week online coaching program that combines mindfulness, the practice of paying attention - and a key element in overall happiness and stress reduction - with mindful eating, a powerful tool to train your mind and develop discipline when it comes to food. This program uses the practices of yoga, meditation, self-study, reflection, and the expert guidance of a seasoned health coach to keep you accountable as you move through lifestyle changes - both physically and mentally.

FAQ’s:
No previous yoga or meditation experience is required. A yoga mat is nice to have but NOT necessary to join this program.
If you can’t make it live, that’s okay! Sessions will be recorded and sent out via email with notes every Wednesday.
A Facebook account is necessary as that’s where the bulk of our communication will happen in between sessions.

Hi there! If we’ve never met before, you’re probably wondering who I am and why you’d want to take a group coaching program with me. Well, I’m an ex-corporate girl turned health coach and private yoga instructor and I’ve been coaching and teaching for over 15 years.
I help hard-working people reclaim control of their health and well-being. I specialize in teaching mindfulness as a way to cope with stress, anxiety and rework eating habits because - after many, many years of working 1-on-1 with people - this has proven to be the most sustainable method for habit change and living the healthy life you deserve.
I was a competitive athlete for over 10 years and I understand the intricacies of the coach-to-person dynamic. I excel at bringing out the best in you while meeting you exactly where you are - with compassion, discernment and a touch of tough love from time to time.
I want you to know that you CAN make a change and feel better in your body. And I’m here to guide you every step of the way!
