This workshop will teach you how to use meditation as a training tool to:

  • use the power of your mind and body to reduce stress and pain

  • increase your mental toughness and resilience

  • feel more mentally prepared for whatever challenge comes your way

Meditation doesn’t have to be intimidating and it’s OKAY if you can’t calm your mind. Show up anyway.
