Yoga Therapy & Health Coaching
for high performers, leaders, and professionals—designed to relieve stress, anxiety, and burnout from the inside out. Available online and in central Washington.
I help high-performing individuals—including leaders, executives, and driven professionals—regain control of their physical and emotional well-being through therapeutic yoga and mindfulness-based health coaching. Whether you’re living with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or navigating anxiety, burnout, or depression, we’ll work together to create a sustainable path toward healing and resilience.
As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the pressure of performance and the toll it can take. My clients often identify as Type A, ambitious, and constantly on the go—but they’re ready for a change. Through evidence-based practices rooted in yoga therapy, we build strength, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation, so you can thrive—not just survive.

“Yoga therapy is not only about fixing problems. It is about creating space — space in the body, space in the breath, and space in the mind — so that healing can happen.”
What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy is a holistic, individualized approach to health that blends traditional yoga practices—such as breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement—with therapeutic techniques to address both physical and emotional challenges.
Unlike a general yoga class, yoga therapy is tailored to your specific needs and goals, making it especially powerful for those dealing with:
Chronic pain and tension
Injury recovery
Anxiety, stress, and emotional dysregulation
Depression or burnout
Grief and loss
Fatigue and sleep issues
Who is it for?
Yoga therapy and health coaching is ideal for:
Executives and professionals dealing with stress, burnout, or emotional fatigue
High achievers and Type A individuals who struggle to slow down
Individuals seeking natural, holistic approaches to chronic health challenges
Those ready to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and purpose
This work is especially helpful for those who’ve tried traditional treatments but still feel stuck, stressed, or in pain.
How it works?
We’ll begin with a thorough intake to understand your unique story, challenges, and goals. Our work together will explore:
Postural alignment and movement habits
Breath patterns and nervous system regulation
Mood, emotional state, and daily stressors
Sleep, lifestyle, and eating patterns
Spiritual insight and self-reflection (when appropriate)
You’ll leave each session with a personalized take-home yoga practice—something you can realistically integrate into your day-to-day life.
Healing doesn’t require perfection—it requires support, presence, and tools that meet you where you are. Whether you prefer virtual sessions from home or in-person work in Central Washington, this is a space to grow stronger, feel lighter, and take back control of your health.

MORE ON A
PERSONAL NOTE...
I have been practicing and teaching yoga for over a decade. I am registered at the highest level as certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT® 500) and as a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider (YACEP®). I am also a nationally certified Health Coach.
I am a lover of movement and the outdoors; happiest when I’m hiking or lounging in a hammock under the trees. When I’m not teaching, coaching or practicing yoga, you can find me playing with my Bernedoodle pup, ‘Cuisy, or reading a good fantasy book.
