In this six-week series, we’ll explore functional movement patterns that reconnect you to your pelvis and core—the body’s true center of stability—while cultivating balance, ease, and renewed vitality.
Through mindful sequences, breath work, and seasonal awareness practices, you’ll shift from the momentum of summer into the steady strength of autumn, creating space for both grounding and growth.
While classes are held live each week on Zoom, recordings will be available for 90 days so you can revisit and deepen your practice anytime that fits your schedule.

Each class blends functional strength, grounding energy, and mindful presence—helping you move with confidence, feel supported from the inside out, and bring lasting resilience into every day living.
