About the Group
This eight-week group offers a supportive space for processing grief in community. Rather than trying to fix, resolve, or move grief along, we focus on creating room for it to be witnessed with care, presence, and compassion.
Grief can arise from many experiences, including loss, change, trauma, illness, or experiences that were never fully acknowledged. Participants are invited to meet their grief as it is, alongside others who are also carrying something tender.
The group is structured to support safety, connection, and thoughtful listening, with clear guidelines that help create a respectful and contained environment
