Join Yoga Therapist, Aimee Huffman, and Trauma-Informed Movement Teacher, Madeleine Bong in a soulful mid-week experience starting on the afternoon of Wednesday, January 31st and completing the morning of Thursday, February 1st. The retreat will be held at a magical lodge in Leavenworth, Washington.
Day tickets only and overnight accommodations are available.
Nourishment happens not only within the physical realm but within the energetic, mental and intuitive layers of being. During our time together you can expect a whole body reset through yogic practices, nervous system regulation, nourishing food and meaningful community engagement.
Our goal is to guide and support you on the deepest level into the new year ahead using ancient yogic wisdom and modern neuroscience to connect you with your highest, most complete Self.
