    A yoga instructor, health coach and former division 1 collegiate athlete dedicated to helping you unlock deeper layers of vitality and strength - so you can perform at your best for years to come.

    I believe the key to being your most powerful Self starts with what’s on your fork and how you’re training your body - physically and mentally.
