The Wholistic Summer Reset Program
A comprehensive 6-week personal health transformation journey with Aimee Huffman.
This Wholistic program is designed to jumpstart serious transformation across your whole system and all aspects of your health: physical, mental and emotional. Some like to think of it as personal training, physical therapy, mindfulness and mental healing all rolled into one.
The goal: unlock a stronger, more powerful and resilient version of you in just 6 weeks.
Throughout the 6 weeks, I’ll assess, prescribe and coach you through wholistic training techniques - techniques that address your whole human system - to help you hit goals that have been out of reach for a while now.
Some of these goals might include:
A physical transformation like:
build muscle and strength
lose weight and gain self-confidence
overhaul your relationship with pain from injury or chronic illness
increase flexibility and physical stamina for longevity
A mental-emotional transformation like:
overcome negative emotions like fear, anxiety, grief or anger
build mental stamina and overcome stress
align your time, energy, and values to experience greater satisfaction in your relationships
unleash a primal power that sustains life challenges
Specifically, here’s what the process looks like:
The 3-Step Formula to Total Wellness = Gather + Evolve + Amplify
Phase 1: Gather & Assess
During onboarding in week 1, you’ll get crystal clear on your health goals and together, we’ll develop a solid 45-day Wholistic Health Plan. This means you’ll take inventory of your lifestyle habits, evaluate your priorities and mental roadblocks, and realize what patterns need to be shifted.
Phase 2: Evolve & Strengthen
This is where rubber meets the road and I’ll coach you every step of the way as we start personal training sessions that include strength training (weights optional), yoga, and mindfulness techniques. These sessions are designed to elevate your physical AND mental-emotional health.
You will have constant coaching and accountability with weekly and daily check-ins around food, sleep, and lifestyle habits. I’ll monitor your progress with proactive check-ins and reach out to get you unstuck if you’re falling behind on any action items.
Phase 3: Amplify & Power
After 6 weeks of coaching, we’ll do a big picture assessment of your progress to make any necessary adjustments to your roadmap and overall strategy. The end result is a Wholistic Lifestyle Plan that’s designed to get you further this year than you ever have on your own. That’s how I want you to feel at the end of completing your 6-week program.
A quick note, this 6-week accelerator program is for those who are HUNGRY and READY to change and grow into the happiest, greatest version of themselves and understand that there is no “quick fix” – that it takes energy, and commitment to reach your goals.

FAQs
How long does it take to see results?
I'm a firm believer that you get what you put into it. If you're willing to work beyond a superficial level, you can expect big results. Here's why. In my experience, we are ALL walking around with patterns and behaviors that aren’t serving our highest goals (e.g., procrastination, perfectionism, stress eating, laziness, etc.). Most people don't come to coaching with the intention of shifting these energy draining patterns - and many aren't even aware of their patterns. But unless those self-sabotaging patterns and “energy suckers” are addressed, your growth will continue to stall or simply be non-existent. So my question for you is, are you willing to look at your mindset and invest the time and energy necessary to neutralize any sabotaging habits? When the answer is yes, I've seen extraordinary growth - both from a fitness standpoint and a personal growth standpoint - as well as a greater sense of confidence and well-being in just a few short weeks.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
While I have the experience, wisdom, and tools to guide you, the end result will largely be determined by your hard work and dedication. That’s why this program is an investment. Not only because I’m giving you so much of my time, energy, attention, and knowledge, but because I want to make sure that you’re ready to show up and meet me halfway. I want you to be willing to put your whole heart behind it and commit to action. When you commit and decide it’s going to be worth it, it will be!
I’ve seen similar stuff in the past - THE method to enhance wellbeing and fitness - makes this different?
I do not offer a single "best" method to help you achieve your goals. Some trainers out there do offer these "quick fix" methods and give you specific instructions about their method as the one and only option for performance training and success. But that's not my coaching style. I am an experienced and well-trained coach who doesn’t believe in a one size fits all approach because you are a unique human being with a unique background, body type, bio-individuality and so much more. Yes, I have a lot of athletic and coaching experience, but I believe in best practices and personalized development programs, rather than a single "best" method that applies to all. When we work together I help YOU become self-reliant and take control of your performance training, so that you have the confidence, mindset and skills to become the best athlete you can be - and maintain this work after our coaching time has ended. While I’m here to guide, encourage, and support you (and so much more!), I never want you to become dependent on “my method” as the key to your success. I'm here to shine a light on your journey forward but YOU are the keeper of your own
What if I don’t have much time to spend on it right now?
If you have just 30 minutes per day to devote to this training over the next 6 weeks, then this is for you! It’s designed to be SIMPLE. No gym required, no intense dieting or fasting, just essential wisdom.
