Serves as a 100-hour module of Yoga Alliance 200 YTT certification. 

This 9 day training invites you to unplug, come to the jungle and immerse in a 100-hr Module of Yoga Teacher Training designed to build skillful living through yoga, breathwork, and contemplative practice.

This Training is ideal if:

• You want to feel deep, calm clarity in your body - without bypassing or denying hard truths and emotions.

• You want to reduce overwhelm and explore how shamanic, and contemplative breath together provide holistic human growth.

• You want to build an asana or yoga practice that is guided with HEART and clear habituated postural, breathing and thinking patterns.

• You already have a yoga or meditation practice and are ready to break personal plateaus and re-ignite your practice. 

• You want to train your nervous system to hold more love, and positive self-regard, and abundance.

• You’ve never taken a yoga or mindfulness training and assume “training is for someone else” - yet, you're ready and open to increasing your quality of life now.

• You’ve taken a yoga or mindfulness training before, and you are ready to learn both therapeutic and transformative yoga with Aimee and Jenna.

(There is the option to take YACEP 30-hr continuing Ed credit). 

Principles of Training:

  • Animate Universe Theory: We anchor all teachings in an animate universe theory, which includes the breath and body as valid, innate and highly communicative wisdom keepers - which are never apart from nature.

  • Polyvagal Theory: Using wisdom on how the vagus nerve regulates safety, stress, and connection we build skillful praxis for anxiety reduction. It identifies three states: calm (ventral vagal), fight or flight (sympathetic), and shutdown (dorsal vagal). It identifies 3 states that help in regulating emotions, healing trauma, and fostering resilience through co-regulation and body awareness.

  • Breath-Led Asana: All asana, and meditation is breath-based and seeks to unlock postural and breathing patterns which hold intergenerational trauma and memory. Participants will learn breathing exercises to: release repression, active self-healing states, quiet the mind, and open the heart. 

  • Spiritual Healing: By harnessing principles of positive psychology and quantum healing, AND connecting deeply with nature - we use powerful visualizations and future self activations to stabilize the Nervous System's capacity to accept new experiences, and disconfirm old out-dated ways of being.

  • Human Development: Without bypassing social-psycho-emotional needs, the training emphasizes principles of authentic communication, emotional-learning repatterning, and Indigenous Kinship Worldviews which are aligned with evolutionary needs for human flourishing.

What will you gain?

Through a daily regime of ritual, meditation, asana, nervous system training, workshops, and breath ceremonies you will gain access to a broader spectrum of your creative and compassionate capacity. 

Specifically participants will learn: 

  • How to move, and communicate authentically from their natural core/rightful seat. 

  • How to rewrite and scribe new meaning to their life experiences, and how those experiences are held in the body. 

  • Simple practices to bring calm, curious connection and courage to their felt experience of day-to day living and in terms of big life decisions. 

  • To integrate new layers of somatic, sensory awareness in subtle and gentle ways that cause marked change in the Nervous System.

  • Vagal toning and 5-Elemental yoga practices, alongside traditional Vedic and Ashtanga (8-Limbed) Yoga.

  • More authentic capacity to engage and imagine the life they know if possible, and reduce self-protective behaviors.

This 9-Day training sets the stage for a life-long, inspired yoga practice which is FAR BEYOND the scope of modern yoga teacher training. It combines decolonial psychology and praxis, with functional movement, and spiritually rich vision.
