This 5-minute guided breathing exercise is a powerful anecdote to stress and a ‘busy’ mind. Find whatever count works for you (4 seconds or 5 seconds) without feeling like your breath is labored or you’re struggling for breath. Start with 5 rounds for a few weeks and then build up to 10 rounds and finally, 15 rounds when you feel ready.
